Coordination and Planning

Coordination deposits hire us! You can choose from a package in which the hourly fees are included or choose to go Ala Carte in which hourly fees will apply. Please contact our Maui wedding and event specialist for further details.

• Hourly Event Planning Services are available for Ala Carte
• Maui Wedding Coordination Deposit - $850
• Maui Wedding Reception or Event Coordination Deposit - $850
• FCW service fee - 20% on all services

Rehearsals - $150/hr

We highly recommend rehearsals for bridal parties of 6 or more (including bride and groom). Additional fees may be added at certain locations to reserve site. Some locations are unable to reserve rehearsal space until 7 days prior to wedding date.

Site Visits

• Site Touring Fees - $100 per hour (includes driving time)
• Menu or cake tasting - $100 per hour plus cost of samples (includes driving time)
